Banana Coconut Upsidedown Cake! – Easy as it looks, and as tasty
In a Bowl – Yellow Cake Mix, Eggs, Oil, Water, and Sour Cream
In a Sauce Pan – Melt Butter, Brown Sugar, and Lemon Juice.
Layer sliced Bananas on the bottom of a pan, pour the Butter Mixture, sprinkle the Coconut, then pour the Cake Mix on top of that. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Flip over, Slice, and Serve
